VinFast, the Vietnamese EV giant, has officially filed a design patent in India for its Rasad electric maxi-scooter, signaling a strong intent to enter the Indian two-wheeler market. This marks the third patent filing in India after the Viper scooter and a motorcycle based on the Sulad concept, underscoring VinFast’s strategy to launch a diverse lineup rather than testing a single product.
